Guarantee Coverage
We guarantee that all filings prepared and submitted by our firm on your behalf will be completed and filed on time in accordance with applicable deadlines.
If a filing is submitted late due to an error or oversight on our part, we will cover any associated penalties, interest, or late fees assessed by the relevant taxing authority.
Client Responsibilities & Exclusions
This guarantee is contingent upon the client meeting the following obligations:
- Providing all required documentation, information, and approvals in a complete and timely manner.
- Responding promptly to requests for clarification or additional details.
- Ensuring accurate and truthful information is submitted to us.
This guarantee does not apply to late filings, penalties, or additional costs resulting from:
- Delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client
- Failure of the client to respond to communications or requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Client-directed delays or decisions to postpone filing
- Circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to system outages, government delays, or force majeure events
Additional Terms
- Clients must notify us promptly upon receiving any notice of penalties or late fees.
- We reserve the right to review and verify all related notices before issuing reimbursement.
