The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:

For contracted clients, we require you to create an account within our client portal. Within this portal, you can add, change and/or edit your personal information that is not encrypted. You may also add, change and/or edit your billing information such as credit/debit cards, and/or bank accounts. This is a safety net to protect your information. Our client portal and payment processor use information technology to detect and eliminate fraudulent behaviors.
We use your email address to communicate with you about your products and services. We may occasionally send you emails reminding you of the benefits that are built into our products and services. We will not use your email address for advertisements or sponsorship ads, nor will we sell or share your email address with anyone to advertise to you.
Tracking User Behavior & Automatically Collected Information
We keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the company. We use this information to better design our website, provide ease of use to users and/or clients, and to determine what products, services and/or knowledge base materials are the most popular.
