How and when are payouts processed?
One of the advantages of partnering with FIELDS SMITH is our frequent payment schedule—we process payouts five days a week to help keep your cash flow steady. For eligible partners, we also offer instant payout options for a small fee, providing faster access to your earnings compared to other platforms that typically pay out weekly.
HOW:
To support frequent and reliable payouts, FIELDS SMITH partners with Stripe for secure payment processing. All partner merchants are required to enroll through Stripe Connect. Your business must complete the setup and verification process within Stripe Connect before any payments can be issued.
WHEN:
We process payouts according to the following schedule: (payouts should be processed to your connect account by 5PM eastern time on these days.

Each time we process a payment, FIELDS SMITH will deduct applicable charges including service fees, commissions, credit card processing fees, payment guarantee fees, delivery fees, customer service fees, and any driver tips. These deductions are applied daily to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation.
Invoices detailing these deductions are generated with every payment cycle and can be viewed or downloaded at any time through our secure billing portal. In addition to these invoices, a statement of sales is attached to each invoice.
